About Martin

Martin Nader is a Director and senior risk adviser, trained crisis response consultant, accredited mediator and Governance, Risk and Compliance Professional (GRCP). He has experience operating at the intersection of risk, crisis management, negotiation and dispute resolution, providing a unique perspective when faced with uncertainty or conflict.
Throughout his career, Martin has led and supported highly confidential engagements advising boards, C-suite executives and organisations on complex operational challenges including emerging political and security risks, regulatory matters, cyber incidents, AI-related risks, governance issues and business compliance.
His international experience across Australia, the Middle East and Asia enables him to bring a broad commercial perspective to complex situations, identifying risks, managing crises, resolving disputes and helping organisations move forward.
Martin’s approach is practical and outcome-focused, cutting through complexity, providing clear advice and helping implement timely solutions that deliver practical outcomes.
